Our Story
In 2024, AER was founded as an organization associated with the University of Alberta to fill the gap in accessible, Alberta-specific business & policy intelligence.
Our organizational Mission Statement is summarized through four pillars which guide our lean, agile team to prioritize speed and credibility from day one.
We are a group of 10 young professionals and students who have unique experience in governance, business development, and consulting. We differentiate ourselves through being the nexus of free-market, business-oriented thought within young-people in Alberta.
Our Core Media Model revolves around weekly social media engagement, and bi-weekly reports on major businesses with operations in Alberta, incorporating AI (Rogo, Quartr) to deliver timely information on relevant sector themes and functional areas.
